Founded in 1968 as a private non-profit economic development agency, the Armstrong County Industrial Development Council (ACIDC) provides single-point-of-contact service for emerging or expanding business and industry. The ACIDC works closely with government agencies to present prospective clients with a complete array of resources necessary to facilitate expansion and relocation into any part of Armstrong County.
